Financial Aid Mail Processing

The Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid and Student Employment (UFA) is currently unable to send or receive U.S. mail. To update your financial aid application, please upload materials to your secure financial aid portal; secure fax to our office at 609-258-0336; or email to (if you are an applicant to the class of 2025) or (if you are a currently enrolled student).

Fall 2020: Guidelines for Remote Undergraduate Student Employment

Fall 2020 Remote Employment Guidelines Students Residing in the US Students Residing Abroad
Remote Work Permitted

Students with a valid I-9 are permitted to work remotely from within the United States for the Fall 2020 term.

Students with a valid I-9 who worked remotely for the University after February 1, 2020 may continue remote work for the same department in the Fall 2020 term.*

Remote Work Prohibited N/A Students who did not work for the University remotely after February 1, 2020 are prohibited from remote work in the Fall 2020 term.  This prohibition applies to all incoming first-year students residing abroad


*Employing departments must comply with the University’s export control, shipping, and cybersecurity policies.
