Academic Year 2022-2023: Guidelines for Student Employment
2023 Academic Year student employment dates are:
August 22, 2022 - May 14, 2023
Transitioning from Summer 2023 to Fall 2023:
The final pay period for Spring 2023 ends on May 14th, 2023. The 2022-2023 Federal Work-Study (FWS) program also ends on May 14, 2023.
If you wish to extend student hires from spring into summer, you can contact us to extend the end date.
Graduating seniors (Class of 2023) are prohibited from working after May 23, 2023.
Work from abroad:
Students studying abroad during the 2022-23 academic year are prohibited from working for the University while outside the United States.
