Music Lessons

Students who receive financial aid from Princeton are eligible for additional aid to cover the full cost of one set of music lessons per semester through the Department of Music. If you already receive partial funding in the form of a subsidy from the Department of Music through your membership in a departmental ensemble, our office will cover the difference between the subsidy and the full cost of the lessons.

After your student account is charged for the lessons, our office will increase your financial aid award to cover the charge.

Additional lessons beyond the first set per semester are not eligible for additional aid.

This process is automatically coordinated between our office and the Department of Music—there is no additional action you must take beyond signing the contract for your music lessons.
