Spring 2021: Guidelines for Remote Student Employment

All undergraduate students will need to register their Spring 2021 physical address as part of Academic Year Sign-In in January, 2021.  

Undergraduates whose Spring 2021 physical address is within the United States are permitted to work remotely.

Undergraduates whose physical address is outside the United States must follow the guidelines below:

• These students may not be hired into new jobs for Spring 2021.
• Students who worked after August 31, 2020 and wish to continue in the same job will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Supervisors should contact our office to request extension of fall term jobs for students residing outside the US.
